Receive your chosen program and personalised nutrition plan within 48 hours and start anytime. Access in depth form demos for every exercise, and easily log your weights, sets and reps. You can even log your food within the app! Want to swap your preferences? Just email my in-app support anytime.
Step 3
If you selected the nutrition subscription, you will have access to your very own personalised macros, as well as a huge range of bespoke recipes tailored to your goal, with the option to easily swap anytime.
STEP 4
Access our extensive library of educational content. Learn everything you need to know about nutrition, take care of your gut health, manage your hormones, become educated on supplements, and even gain access to pre and post natal advice.
STEP 5
Come join the DPERSY community of likeminded gymrats. You will find all details of how to join, as well as regular FREE challenges all within the app.
Step 6
Every 4 weeks, you will be prompted to submit for a new phase of training. Having a holiday or short break? Don’t worry. We wont issue your new program until you submit your preferences to me! You will see the prompt on your dashboard 28 days since receiving your last phase.

How do I receive the program?
The program is available through my website on the members only section after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and I will start putting together your personalized program!
Is this a subscription based program?
Yes, the reason I have chosen to do this is so you can continue your progress as maintenance is so important. The program is available as a monthly and annual subscription. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.
Is the program available world wide?
Yes! It’s imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.
Can I do the plan at home?
I personally recommend the gym, but we can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form.
Can I change program if I wish?
You will get a new customized progressive program each month based on the number of days and location you select. You are able to update this at the end of each phase yourself, but if you wish to change this sooner, just send an email.
How do I cancel?
To cancel your subscription you must email myself with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all plans and support will be removed from your account.
I’m new to the gym, is this for beginners?
The workout is entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym I’ve got your back with your very own personalized program. Choose weights that are light for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.
I train for years but I'm stuck, is this for me?
The workout is entirely tailored to you and your goals. If you go to the gym already but you are stuck with your progress, I’ve got your back with your very own personalized program. We optimize your training and your nutrition to get you way up.
Is each month the same?
No, each month is different. This will involve an increase weight, change of exercises and changes in your meal plan that is constantly updated. It’s all about progress and maintenance. It actually gets interested after a few month when you see your body changes.
What are the training splits for each workout?
Every workout plan is individual personalized and optimized to your strength and weaknesses...
For example - if your legs are weak and you choose 5 active days in the briefing it can look like – 3 lower, 2 upper - or you only have time for 3 days a week it can be like – 1 lower, 1 upper, 1 full body - it always depends on the person.
